Information we collect
Forms may ask for your name, phone, email, company, property address and condition, project details, purchase price, financing request, budget, experience, credit score range, and other information you choose to provide. We also receive messages you send to the automated chat assistant. Hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser, device, and request information needed to operate the site.
Do not enter Social Security, bank, or card numbers in form comments or chat. Submitting the deal inquiry does not itself request a credit report. If a report becomes necessary, we will seek separate authorization.
How we use information
We use submitted details to respond to inquiries, review properties, discuss projects and financing requests, coordinate due diligence, operate and secure the site, and comply with applicable obligations. We use optional contact preferences only as stated on the relevant form.
Who receives information
Our site hosting and form provider processes submissions. Chat messages are sent through our site to an AI service provider to generate a response. Depending on the transaction you ask us to pursue, we may share relevant details with financing partners, title companies, legal and other transaction professionals. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the site and its users. We do not sell your personal information or share text-message consent for another company's marketing.
Chat and site technology
Chat requests may be processed by service providers and should not contain sensitive account or identity information. Your browser or our hosting provider may use necessary site technologies and logs. You can manage browser cookies in its settings. We will describe any additional analytics or advertising tools if introduced.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to requests, manage transactions, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
